Lightweight Building Solutions (LBS) is a network of Saint-Gobain regional outlets. It services the needs of non-bulk contractors and acts as a top-up facility for bulk contractors that need to purchase smaller consignments .

The ten LBS outlets provide a single face to the marketplace for Saint-Gobain’s range of lightweight construction products. The majority of Saint-Gobain Construction Products brands are being stocked and supported by the LBS network.

Commercial and residential ceiling systems with a range of decorative products are available under the Gyproc and Donn brands. These systems offer a range of fire and acoustic ratings.

Isover and Sagex have well known brands like Aerolite, Factorylite & Kulite to enhance projects with thermal and acoustic properties.

Weber Tylon’s tile adhesives, grouts, additives and other cement based products, are available.

The Samrand and Durban LBSs also have Saint-Gobain Academies, where various courses in construction skills are being trained.
